Laborers and Leaders

Millions of people still need to hear and experience the Gospel.  Yet the number of laborers and leaders seems to have reached a plateau.

What can we do to ensure the steady growth of laborers for every ministry? How can we increase the ministry and the number of missional teams at the local level so that we are launching movements everywhere? What can we do to create a healthy leadership culture where all of our staff, students and volunteers are growing, developing, and leading more effectively? There are too many important leadership positions that are currently unfilled.  What can we do to ensure that every ministry has a deep bench of emerging leaders to ensure that every strategic organizational leadership position is filled? Our organization exists to fulfill the Great Commission.  How do we maintain a willingness to go anywhere and do anything the Lord would call us to do within Campus Crusade for Christ as our organization ages?

These are just a few of the HR issues we are dealing with in the US and around the world. We need skilled and dedicated people to set up systems to support and increase our human capacity.
