More students come to know Christ through Campus Crusades Evangelistic website Everystudent.com than through all other methods combined. The whole world has gone digital, and so must the gospel. We are looking for skilled individuals with a strong sense of graphic design, layout, color, and style, who also has a deep appreciation for simple, sleek, usable interfaces to create and maintain the necessary websites for our ministry.

The web designers life in Campus Crusade for Christ:

You will work in an environment that will allow you to develop personally and professionally as you engage with a variety of people in the ministry. Our environment is fast-paced, high-pressured, and sometimes unpredictable. If you enjoy teaming up with a team of talented, high-energy, and enthusiastic people to deliver on a large number of diverse projects, this might be the place for you!

The day to day tasks:

  • Design and create a predictable web-based user interface
  • Identify and design standards across the application
  • Develop and maintain good user experience
  • Act as an advocate for the user and ensure that the visual elements of designs meet user needs and are appropriate for the target audience
  • Lead ongoing design and improvement of web properties
  • Ensure design consistency across web properties

We are looking for someone who is/has:

  • A BA/BS degree.
  • a solid understanding of user-center design principles
  • strong HTML abilities
  • Excellent visual design sense
  • Experience with web production technologies and techniques (HTML , AJAX, CSS, etc.) and their design implications a plus
  • The skills to be a team player yet is self-motivated to work independently.
  • In agreement with and willingness to grow in understanding of the campus ministry models, participate in selected developmental and ministry opportunities related to evangelism, leadership, growth and sending.
  • Understanding of and owns the Campus Ministry mission, values and key objectives.
  • Personally experiencing character growth.
